I'm new to Skoda's, having bought an old 'N' reg 1.3 Felicia out of necessity. Not sure if I will become a devotee to the shrine of Skoda, but I will say that I'm quite impressed after half a year or so of ownership! I've just put it through my first MOT with it, and was pleasantly surprised at how little it failed on. Having done some rudimentary research, I've already found myself considering upgrading to a 1.6 engine, but then I thought, hold on, even if Skoda are a good manufacturer, there are probably newer and better models I could invest in. So, I'm off now to find a repair manual so I can replace the rear brake pipes and change the shoes for the re-test.
