I "talked" to their agent, who is clearly not a real person, and they said it should be sorted out soon. I'll contact again on monday if it doesn't show up.

Mine's in Tamworth too. Hopefully things will be sorted tomorrow.

Sometimes it is hard to win with courier services.

 

I will be polling everyone who took part as to whether for the next GB you would prefer to keep the low price and UPS Access point service or pay a little more and get Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel service.

this is billed as a 24 hour service so I am disappointed.

The tracking site said it was down for a Friday delivery, but it appears to have spent all day at Dewsbury, before popping down to Tamworth. The railway station there is ok if you like trains, but quite why the package felt the need to leave West Yorks is puzzling! A lot of the time I'm sure there's not a lot of logic to logistics, particluarly where UPS are involved - http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/261412-bizarre-delivery-route/

Still not got mine, although im not complaining im in no rush as im testing the longevity of some other products at the minute so wont be using them straight away. Just thought I would let you know so you can gauge the couriers performance. By the sounds of it not up to your expectations. Im on holiday next week at Centre Parks so hopefully they will leave it next door with the neighbour

Ah ok that explains things. Where is the collection point though sparkly? I have put the code in and it just says Newark and Sherwood. I'm probably being really thick but I can't work out where the collection point is.

Right guys, now that all parcels bar one are out for delivery I can launch Wax Appeal Competition #1

(Radders, now I have your address I will try to sort something but I am in s.America for a week)

It's nice and simple, anyone who took part can enter. The prize is a free set of next month's samples.

The competition is to give the best photo review on both products.

The rules are:

One review per person

you must submit only one photo of each product on your car (so two photos total), in use or a result shot obviously with Mr Pink we want to see foam and Cherry Glaze shine, the shots must have your sample bottle in view.

The review must begin,

And then

Damm only just seen this comp. Washed the car yesterday with Mr Pink to try it out. Didn't bother to polish as was at the bodyshop at 0800 this morning.

Where would it have gone? To the local UPS point or to a home address?

 

If it is the local UPS point, why is there a signature?
 

The address UPS give as the local point is in Hereford although the location is shown as being in Bromyard on the map... As is the postcode, but I have never heard of 'Yum Yums' in Bromyard.

See post 3 about collection points being used. Check your tracking number. When its been delivered to the point, go and collect it.

I got mine today... tracking said it was delivered to retail location.

Which is the collection point from the link above.

The guy in the shop will have signed for it, so they know who half inched it if it goes missing.

Well, my tracking ID says it got to Tunbridge Wells and became available to pick up there at lunchtime! It's now been updated to say the customer has collected it! I'm hoping it's just a case of Sparkly pasting the wrong ID in the PM, rather than the nefarious activity of a ne'er-do-well. Sent a PM just in case!

Guys I am halfway around the world in Guayaquil Ecuador and have been inundated with messages and thread posts, I have tried my very best to respond to you all just now and send out PM's

For all of you I have selected the nearest UPS point according to the link steve (Wardy) has posted above, but if in doubt PM me and from my online account I can get the store details and postcode as a double check.

Glad to hear that some of you have got some of the parcels meant to be delivered on Friday it looks like they missed Fri delivery and went to a holding warehouse until today, those who got tracking numbers before the weekend should all have parcels at your collection point by tomorrow at the latest

I will do what I can to stay tuned in and help with any issues but I am six hours behind you now, jet lagged and limited internet access apart from at the hotel so please don't be upset if I don't respond ASAP.
