    I was planning to do that with mine once I'd started work on the Stag but I got carried away and have kept it now :) bought on a machine Mart discount

    Good luck with this project. Ill be keeping an eye out on everything else in this thread which has more done to it than the fabia haha

    :giggle: I bought an Aldi (Workzone) compressor at about 15 for £100 then over time I've bought the tools to go with it and now have all the airline regulators and hoses plumbed in with a retractable hose too! I've got to say it's always made my life easier :)

    It would sure reduce the time to do an engine swap! If i ever do a 1.8T and i can get it done quicker than you, but with hand tools, i think you should give up doing mechanic work on cars! XP

    Well technically i finished my Apprenticeship on Monday 1st Sept, but HR messed up our contracts so we havnt had the new ones come through yet.

     

    Time for a proper wage and a decent project to blow it all on! :)

    Ohh no on the apprenticeship I've still got another year :) I was on about my Light Vehicle Technician LVL2 :)
