Totally separate! I'm doing the theory work on my own in evenings and mailing off to an assessor and then Practical Assessment Is done at an evening class and then there are some online exams

My local college has a lvl 2 course but its price is £2000 per year as a "part time course", i think that is assuming i go into college for the full day. not sure if they do "evening courses" at my local college.

Education is generally cheaper in Wales. IIRC the Open University still offer discounts to Welsh residents, and they are pretty heavy too (like 40%).

surely growing up in wales, you have accepted the fact your skin is waterproof?

If you're born in Wales you come with webbed feet as standard... though I don't think that's anything to do with the weather.
