    A big thanks to my mates for doing the work that needed muscles or 2 hands as the day has gone quite well :) even used the clio to move the engine into the garage! Not to self don't try and pull a loaded engine crane on gravel! It's nyon impossible

    Errr no a it another 21 pages for any more to happen :P I'm going to strip down the engine bay and clean it maybe attempt to spray it if I can without it going everywhere then getting rid of everything I can and making some brake vents :)

    I'm down, but I'm not out.

    My engine is still in... And running! :D

    Nope considering the one I'd earmarked up at a scrapers was being scrapped because of engine damage which they neglected to tell me! :wall: only realised when we went up there to get it down

    Good job the engine's out. At least there's some progress :)

    Doesn't BossFox have a pretuned 1.8tsi coming out the Yeti you could grab? :)

    With the progress on this thread so far I'm guessing end of this track day season will be just fine :bandit:
