Time - Table booked for 8:00 pm for 14 people.            :rock:

Anyone that is unsure of who we are, goto the restaurant & ask for the table booked in the name of Collins

 

 

P.S. I have a picked up a rewards card/s & would be grateful if anyone buying food / puddings / Drinks could use this when purchasing, I have found out that the points expire after 6 months, SO just before the time is up I will see what 'sides' i can get & these can be shared will the attendees.

might be after a nice ST170 lump for it Mike :P

I wouldn't bother Taylor, they've e got VVT which is a pian to get working properly without all the wiring and the ecu, best bet is ti weigh it in and get a ST150, put a mtx gearbox in it, a set of cams, some ITB's with a reasonable zorst, then wring its neck till she blows. Be good for around 200-220bhp, need to sell a kidney for the ITB's though.

Bit more progress on the build, more or less finished the offside engine mount frame, needs prettying up, a few holes drilled, trimming and some crush tubes added. broke my helmet so on the old helmet which is a bit too dark for me...the welding on the round tubes is a bit ****e. The mounting is slightly on the **** and on the slope so was a pita to sort in the end.

WELL - just got back of holiday & been asked to do a VERY important job on Sat , so will not be able to make this meet :(    

 

Hope you have nice weather & will see if Gizmo68 is going & get the cards to him.

 

I wil sort out the 2nd Aug one next week & post as soon as I get  min.

National meet is on the 3rd August and is about a three hour drive away.

Which means staying over on the 2nd or an early start...

+2 on that, my brothers wedding is on the 2nd August and im the Best man so im sort of required for the day! lol

 

Fixing a freelander today (possible Head gasket & Hydrolock) but hopefully i will be there tonight.

This AWLAYS seems to happen when I am not there-    Might be time to organise but not turn up to make a good meet   :p  :D

 

Will be there next month, so it will probably go downhill again  :D  :D  :D
