Car repair progress

Featured Replies

Parking sensors add to the safety aspect, don't they, less claims for parking bumps and scrapes.  But wait it's all about money, money (nearly an ABBA lyric there) it would cost more to repair your car with parking sensors inserted into the bumper.

  • If it was in our house, probably a cat...

  • All bulbs are there, not that they'll be used (apart from the indicator) I didn't realise until today it's brand new

  • Worked for VW with their Harlequin range . . . . .

I like the philosophy of looks normal but goes like stink. There are too many oik's (I'm not saying you are one) around our estate that have loud exhausts, Sub woofers, big wheels and wide arches yet they have no performance to speak of.

The wing fits very well the only problem is where the bumper sticks out due to it being split

Oh I see. Must admit the bumpers are very flimsy. Looking good tho :)

I hope you have got the wheel back on and off the jack as the place you are on has no reinforcing, it should be below the dimple in the sill a few inches back.

tevyneda.jpg Getting this piece of plastic in is proving tricky, you need to really tug at that white piece you see to remove so it can get back in place
