Hmmmm.

 

The guys in the garage last Monday (june 30th) told me I would have the car on July 4th or 5th.

 

On July 3rd at about 4pm I phoned them to find out , which day..... to only hear, "oh, we got our wires crossed" ..... the car only landed in Ireland on the 2nd and it will take another week to get to the dealer......

 

This does not instil great confidence in customer service..... I had to phone them ...... (were they gonna keep it a secret , wait till I just turned up to tell me , oh no car.... ) They really F***'ed up my weekend..... I told the guy this,,, the response was ... "the good news is, there will be another weekend"  ... (poor service) !! 

I had to ask for it , but they did give me a loan of a car for a week . ( a 08 ford fiesta) Petrol ...

Test drove an Elegance 140 in ivory leather. Convinced me enough to take a punt and order the L&K 170 4x4 in brown leather. Leap of faith, but stoked that I did. Very happy.
