okay so my fabia vrs is on standard alloys at the moment and im looking at getting some new ones. however theres so many to choose from and im a bit stuck? haha I don't just want the new ones because they look better , I want them to sit better on the car. so im trying to decide sticking to the same size as what ive got on at the minute which are 16", or going for some 17" , possibly et25/29 and getting the tyres (2054017) stretched? what alloys have you got on yours? :D

Understandable I'd search under 5x100 PCD fitments and see what takes your fancy.

Well I have a set of Seat alloys for sale actually! Need to get rid now to pay for the labor of fitting my new turbo this morning to replace the one that packed in last night...!! 

17's suite the Fabia better imo, go for 7 or 8 inch wide with slightly lower offset.

 

Not a fan of stretched tyres myself,205/40 17 fit just right on a 7 inch wide alloy.

I've gone 15mm all round and I am very pleased! JJC Race and Rally are a good supplier.
