yeah.

the 5w30 will be better over winter,as it's slightly thinner when hot.

Well was on the dreaded Facebook yesterday and saw on my news feed on the Clio Sports owners club that Halford were having a bit of a sale on "Wonder Wheels" Cleaning Products. I thought I would check out my local store so I could purchase a couple.

Whilst was in the garage. Changed me Flickery LED Sidelights to 6k SMD Sidelights.

And changed me fog lights to 6k SMD Also. To be honest they dont really get used but its done now.

And all my interior light to 6k smd to in the w8 interior light

I have done both fogs. It was just a comparrison picture really

Dont mind a little smoke but at the moment it is too much for my liking.

Time to reinsure the beast for another year. hopefully with a few more changes to the spec

Took the misses car to work for a clean then a couple of the beauty and the beast

 

Well after careful consideration I decided to get the Black Beast Remapped But who to choose.

 

After contemplating between Faboka-Hidden Power & ##!!##h-TdiTuning I decided to Make a decision and go ##!!##h. No reason other than the fact HiddenPower done My silver Fabia and thought I would use someone different. Full credit to John @ Hidden Power as my silver one pulled the same figures on the same dyno 2 years running. and was very accurate. Am in the process of using derv tech to hopefully push my Black fabia to a figure just shy of around 290bhp.

 

The main reason I have chosen to remap it is to Minimise the Smoke and reduce the juddering.

 

Fingers crossed all goes well

Going to give it couple of days testing and then do some logs send back and get some tweaks

What juddering do you get?

Has it got a SMF fitted, can't remember?

Ah right, that could be the cause of the juddering if its at light throttle/low revs

Juddering was due to the injection timing, was a little off Kev. Will be quickly fixed by James but only noticeable at very low rpm.

After speaking to James (##!!##h) I know what can be produced, just a case of how far Stephen wants to push it lol. I know what I would be doing

Mine with Sachs SMF does it,drove Alex's fitted with 2260 both mapped by John and Alex's is silky smooth at low revs.

So have a feeling the juddering will not all be down to injector timing
