Thanks for that info. I will tell them there's more than just me with this problem. I'll see how far the service manager has got too with them as we're ganging up on them but last heard they want photo proof of this even though we gave them that back in June. To$$ers :(

I maybe tempted like yourself and just get the right kit fitted myself at the dealer as its only 2 front springs to change and I know they'll do it for nothing :)

It's like going back to buying a car in 1975 not 2015!!!!!!

I totally agree with you. They're crap simple as that. I did state previously that the rears are all the same on Spaceback,Hatchback and Toledo models. It's just the fronts are different. I can't see how yours are fitted wrong as it clearly states on each spring written in Yellow which side and front or rear they're fitted on. I have heard that some kits have come with the wrong springs packed. That's a Skoda **** up :( it might be worth checking whilst yours are clean what is written on them to see if they've been fitted correctly. The writing on them is facing outwards in the wheel arch.

I've had my fare share of problems within the first few months until now (11 months) and still ongoing. No one should put up with this :( but hey Skoda don't give a ......
