Im looking at buying a hub.

Hi I'm new to driving cars I had a grinding problem with my brakes and wouldn't allow me to brake properly although after so long the abs lights came on and it was fine. Had the problem rectified and been told the carrier to hub is bent by the previous owner. I'm looking at buying one soon as of anyone has one for sale. Any sort of information or search expansion advice will definitely help. Am I right by saying the carrier hub is in two pieces which unbolt?
