powermaxed tfr vs snow foam

I use that too, but agree that a stronger product without compromising the LSP is whats required..This seems/appears to fit the bill

Obviously dilution rates are key to achieving that

If doing a full car polish...thats not important..to get the dilution rates right as it will aid in LSP removal to a small extent

Im looking forward to trying it out on my car initially and then on Clients'

I can imagine that reading is taking from the concentrated version without being diluted.

I will fire Wayne an email and ask him.

I've not had any issues with all the cars I've used it on. like I've said earlier usually 1:10 but have used up to 1:30 with a fairly clean car. The ready to use version is 1:50 and I believe still effective.

Well...Its stopped snowing and after I had cleared the snow...the sun came out

Car totally filthy from a trip over to Malton yesterday

2015-01-29%2009.57.16_zpsztentwjg.jpg

Used my Hoseselock Pressure sprayer...Diluted at around 12:1 approximately....maybe a little weaker

Sprayed the whole car

Left it to dwell for 5 minutes, then pressure washed off

Very impressed..No dirt left and LSP fully intact

Chris, would you see this as being additional to snow foam or instead of?

Many thanks.

Mike.

Sounds quite promising Chris, I'd never heard of it till yesterday. Did you leave the car like that or did you add a QD afterwards?

How filthy is 'ChrisRS' filthy?! When did you last wash it? Mine goes for about 750 miles between washes. Would be great if it was a simple TFR most washes. Id get away with a weekly wash then!!

I last washed it on Tuesday

Then drove over to my Parents' through heavy rain and farm tracks...and back through snow and salt on Wednesday

It was filthy!!

I was very suprised at how good this stuff is TBH

My next experiment is to add some ( a very small amount) to my Snow Foam mix and see how that fairs

If there's any of you who live local to each other if one of you registers for their emails like Chris did you will get 25% off the 1st order, which makes the 25L size you could split between you less than £36 for 25L. Or just £7.20 per 5L delivered. Bargain.....

I like the idea of adding a little to some snowfoam Chris. I look forward to hearing your views on the results.

I emailed Wayne and got a very quick reply. He said he's sold 100's of the 5L size so far with no problems so looks like the way to go to me, dispite my initial reservations after using other TFR. He uses it at around 15:1 and says anything more powerful than 9:1 will strip the lsp, and neat can be used as part of paint prep. He said the ph ranges fron 6 to 14, 6 being 50:1 (the RTU version)

Forgive me for I have weakened....not saying how much I ordered though..... :-)

Wifes car is mega filthy..So Im going to add about 1/2" : 1" of Snow Foam : the rest with water in a 1litre SF bottle and see how much dirt it takes off
