Thanks Karl

Well, I haven't washed the Ford for 4 weeks!! So after a foam with Angelwax Fast Foam, a wash with Britemax Cleanmax and a spritz of Angelwax QED it came up well. So the Superb got the same treatment. All done and dusted before 10am!!

Stunning work Neil - looking awesome....

and all before 10am! You put me to shame.

Snowing here at 10am.... So I stayed in bed :)

Looks Fab.

I had a 12 reg hatch...seeing yours it makes me wonder whether I was wise to change!

I'd have stayed in bed if it wasn't for the gruesome twosome getting me up. Haha.

Snowing!? Suns out here. Bit too nippy to get the roof down though!

They're a lovely and comfortable car, Mike. It is serving me well. I do miss my old Octavia but the Superb is so quiet and refined, in comparison.

Yeah, mine was a 1.8 TSI Auto in Rosso Red. Looked lovely.

The reason I changed was because I found the seat too narrow for my premium sized ass!

If I remember correctly, at the time others had the same issue. (with the seat...dunno about the ass!)

I know what you mean. I must admit, my friend had a Mk1 Superb and the seats in his were much better. I wanted the 1.8tsi but I think the diesel was a better idea as I am one of those irritating road users that drag sheds on wheels behind them.

Here's a quick pic of mine after a good wash and a coating of Sonax extreme protection which should hopefully see me through what's left of winter :D

Well.... a busy couple of weeks. We have decided to get rid of the Seat Exeo;

and therefore  SWMBO and the kids have had the .:R36 all weekend.

So a good chance to invite my mate from work to pop over and attend to his Hyundai.

Just passed his test last year; his Dad donated this 2.7 V6 Coupe  as a present!

So i offered to help run Dan through a good wash routine and get some protection sorted.

Cheers Ben - it is a nice car and a gob-smacking gift upon passing your driving test!

It is a very muted sound; but not for long..... as it's in at Tony Banks for a custom exhaust today.

Which is good and bad; .... i didnt need to tackle the old pipes yesterday - which are getting binned today! :giggle:

That really is looking awesome there Gripper!

Top job

As the wife is away to work with the Fabia and I'm bored and on the night shift I decided to experiment on the 500 with a few "Chemical Guys" products I've recently purchased and haven't had the chance to try.

Really impressed with the "Blacklight"

Very nice, but obviously I'm biased as it's the same as ours. :)
