Got mine yesterday brilliant car love it!!!

I did 1 mile and the windscreen got smashed by a rock flicked up by a truck it had a total of 9 miles on the clock and a bill of £560 to get it replaced.

Well I'm hoping the Silver ones will go better with the Metal Grey, thought the Anthracite would make it look a bit too dark overall.

Funny mine turned up with silvers and I asked for free extras rather then replacements and I got all round silicon mats and boot liner a jack and a spare wheel. I now actually like the silver ones.

Car is great now 500 miles into it and still love it.

It's rapid alright.

Will put some up asap

I have to wait until the beginning of December for the C250 to get taken back.

 

Yes I'm sending back a Mercedes C250 AMG Line for a Skoda...........and can't wait.  :p

We ordered our L&K Estate sept 16th, was quoted 10-12 weeks but it's ready for delivery to us 17th Nov, 1 week to go!

I ordered my VRS the same day, been told it should be with the dealer next week, expect delivery to me week after.  :clap:

Looks fab with the silver wheels. Im super Jealous MRJSVRS. Got to wait approx another 8 weeks for mine

I'd keep them they look really good, everyone's got the anthracites, I'm still yet to see one in the flesh with silver Geminis.

What is the usual timescale/order once an order has been placed?

I placed my lease order last Sunday (8th Nov), and the estimate was 12 weeks, but there is a Christmas shutdown to take into account. 

 

Presumably an official order number it the first thing, and then I'll be allocated a build slot/week?

 

How long after ordering should I expect to get an order number/build week? 

 

Can you tell I'm impatient?   (It's going to be a long couple of months)

I never had an actual build week, only an email from SUK saying build process was starting. I ordered on the 4th of September and drove away 11th of November so 9 weeks, was quoted 12-14 weeks
