My car is MY17, but some things is strange. My car has beige retractable parcel shelf.... But it has the new design of inside rear-view mirror. And the 10's letter in vin is H, and not G.

Mine came off the boat yesterday at 12:41 PM.

Unfortunate I can't track it any further. Now it depends how long Customs drag their a$$ to release the car and it gets shipped up here.

MY17, 1.4 tsi 150 act, hatch business grey. style trim (Turkish variant), with ACC, park assist and rear airbags.

Drove about 40 km before going back home, and loved it! Moved from a golf 5 (which happens to be my first car as well) so trying to get used to the size, with no problems so far

I would like to share with you my excitement that just 30 minutes ago I have placed my order for Škoda Superb L & K 2,0 TDI CR DPF 140kW/190hp 4x4 DSG. Estimated production week 41. Hopefully car will be delivered by the mid November.

 

Additional equipment includes:

5. Adaptive cruise control 160 km/h

Here we are in Build Week 31 and I have had the email from the dealer to say the car is now built. - how are others with week 31 build getting on?

 

what can I expect of delivery? 4 - 6 weeks?

Just talked to my Skoda pusher,  280 L&K estate on order will be built week 35. Expected Vikingland mid-September. Wohoooooo.

SE L Exec Ordered 29th July, Build expected week 38. Unfortunately I elected to amend the options today so I'm waiting to see if that affects the timeline.

Heard today that the boat is now about 2 weeks away, and it takes another 2 weeks to get the car accross from the port (it lands in Melbourne I think which is 700km away). So its now around a month from delivery. (I ordered on 21/4/15)

L&K Estate DSG 190 with sunroof. Ordered 4th of August 2016. Estimated build/delivery week  36/40.

All accordingly to the seller, who phoned ME yesterday......Now that´s what i call customer care!!  :clap:

It seems like there is much longer lead times on cars built for UK/Ireland??

Has it got something to do with the fact that you guys both sits in the wrong side of the car AND drive on the wrong side of the road??   :p

My car was ordered on the 13th of june and was built on the 11th of August. That indicates a possible lead time of less than 12 weeks. I´m quite happy with that.

(Estate 280psi, L&K, Laser White, black ventilated leather, sunroof, 19" Phoenix, and most of the other extras)

Was given a delivery date to the dealer yesterday of August 26th, which will mean about 12 weeks order to collection.

Just heard from the dealer that they've got my car 2 weeks earlier than expected - ordered June 8th, will collect August 18th, 10 weeks from order to pickup :-)

Yes, in London -- dealer is Willis Skoda in South Ruislip who have been very helpful and accurate with information -- also seem to get good reviews about servicing and support which bodes well, anyone else have any experience with them?

I'm in Kent so might be on the same boat.

I have just arranged pickup with the dealer for 1st September even though they are expecting the car in next week or so. So very excited to get a new '66' plate.

Just a boring old 150 tdi SE Business though, none of this fancy pants l&k stuff.

2 months passed, 2 months since ordering my new Superb.

The old '13 140 hp TDI L&K 4x4 is being replaced by a new Lava Blue (Petrol Blue) 280 hp L&K one with most of the extras.

With all the comments on this forum I now fear that my original build week 31 will slip to later in August. That would hurt my heart that is longing for this new "baby".

Just received information from my dealer today that the car has been built and on its way via Germany.

So should only be another 2-3 weeks now :-)

I signed up a couple of months ago but have not posted until now. I initially registered in order to be able to see the pics and make a decision on what colour to order. I ended up going for Quartz Grey with Beige Alcantara.

 

I ordered my SE L Exec Estate 2.0TSI 220ps DSG around the 21st May and have just had a call, from my Skoda dealer, that the car is now at the UK port.

 

It was built during week 31 so hopefully should be with me by the end of next week at the latest. Fingers crossed!

 

The car has the following options.

 

Pan roof,

19" Phoenix alloys,

Flappy paddles

Colour Maxi Dot

Additional front parking sensors

Spare wheel.

Rear seat back release from boot.

I would say it is the expected delivery date, current trend is 3 - 4 months depending on spec from point of order to delivery
