Spotify via Bluetooth - no artwork

Hello all

I have a 2015 fabia 1.2tsi SE. I use Spotify and use Bluetooth. Titles and Songs work fine. However the artwork does not show. Just an unsightly grey square and Bluetooth logo.

Any help to get artwork to show?
