DIY silver stereo fascia and canbus install

Hi after getting a Columbus head unit to replace the stream mp3 i went to skoda to get a new fascia .The standard black one was 15 euro but the silver vrs one was over 60 notes!!!!. 

Taking a tip from another briskodian (cant remember who ,sorry.) i got myself a halfords can of vw satin silver paint (9€) and bought the black fascia. 

/have to say im delighted with results.

after about 4 or 5 coats 

So now stereo in ,fascia painted , canbus gateway changed , thanks to eddie_nl for a great job and quick turnaround.

Mfd works a treat with that head unit . 

Gateway easy to change if you go in through panel here:

dont know how any one does it from under the dash.
