A combination of the following two errors is easy to fix, you need to add 4C to the installation list in the gateway.

A better question is what else did you change when you enabled XDS and HHC? Do have an autoscan before you made the changes?

MY FAULT!!

When I set HHC and XDS I also ticked Bit 2 (Tire pressure monitoring (TPMS/PR-7K6) via instrument cluster (MY2011+) which altered the second to last digits from 08 to 0C as below

Reverted it back.

 

Problem solved and now a happy Skoda driver

Now got HHC /XDS /DSG steering wheel /new seat switches /new battery (see battery drain post) and a car that actually works!!!

(Cancel the thought of a new one!)

I gave up with HHC few weeks ago, after unsuccessfully attempts. Then I tried to find by pump HW 3T0907397C. I found your thread.

I have changed in 09, byte 16 , bit 0 from 0 to 1 and HHC is working now

I don`t know what did wrong before but know it is working fine
