my battery charging light came on the other week so I ordered a new alternator and fitted yesterday all was ok until on my way home from work tonight my battery charging light came on again  not happy!!! what other options could it be?  i had stopped at a set of lights tonight and could here the system relay flicking on and off as was the charging light, could this be the relay or more likely a loose wire? ant common problems or any had this themselves?

Checked all the wires are on alternator?

If they are could just a faulty one,check if it's charging

cheers mate ill be getting a multi meter to it tomorrow hope its a quick fix
