Lighter Wishbones

Featured Replies

Just had these fitted (off the S3) along with Superpro ball joints which I was told I needed to ensure I was still able to keep the same amount of toe in and toe out adjustment. Went to track the car and while toe in is fine I've gained a bit of camber and Skoda couldn't adjust it any further. It is only slight but is this normal? Looking at the joints that were on the S3 wishbones anyway they look identical to the standard vRS ones. Did I need to bother with the superpro ones?

I haven't driven it enough to know if it's any better with lighter wish bones but by holding them to compare it's a noticeable saving so should be an improvement.

I've also looked at Rob-e's thread to check what wishbones he had and they are the same with the same ball joints. This is the settings they got when tracking.
