Adding extra to my VRS order 2 weeks later

Hi 

 

Anyone know what the cut off point is from placing the order to build date to add extras, has anyone done this? I ordered a VRS on 15th Feb but asked my dealer to add KESSY to my order if poss last week as I now want it, he called today saying he has sent a email but he doesn't know if they can add it. Estimated build date is last week in March.

Just had an email from my dealer saying Skoda UK have added Kessy to my order  :clap:  :sun:  so looks like I've answered my own question.

Have emailed my dealer today asking to add DSG to my order, not had an exact build date but told around end of the month so fingers crossed its not to late. It was the cost that put me off but I don't think I can live with a manual again. 

 

I have esg on my citroen (which is poor)and have drove my wife's manual golf all week and its not for me. 

 

Anyone else changed their transmission 3 weeks from ordering?
