Vrs window problems.....

Featured Replies

Hi

Now I know there's loads of stuff on here about VRS window probs, but can't find this problem.  The problem is that I can open passenger side window with the driver side switch, but can't close it with the same switch. I have use the switch on the passenger door its self. Is it the drivers side switch ??

Many thanks, Pete.

Sounds like it could be yeah.

I'd think so, but it could be a single contact on the driver's door loom connector.

That has me thinking more about the wiring.

OTOH the RH window problem could be co-incidental and actually due to the glass carrier being close to breaking, and yes that means opening the door interior anyway.

It's generally always the switches, they're very poor quality and don't last.
