Columbus USB

Featured Replies

Just to let you nnow- worked like a dream. Chucked a few gig of older music on there. All played fine whilst out driving today

My music and my wife,s will be going on an SD card, in total that is about 13GB about 200+ hours non stop or over 8.5 days listening to music without one repeat. Now I would think that is more than enough. Out of all those albums and tracks in honesty I should think we regularly play only 20 Albums or so, the rest get a very occasional listen. I cant believe some are saying 32 GB is not enough for their music, I would get sick of trying to find the album I wanted and turn on the radio. Speaking of which I hope I can get some good rock stations with the DAB radio. The second Card will be full of films for when we are camping and can then be watched on the Columbus or on the Galaxy Tab in the tent. Those 20 regularly listen to albums is over 25 hours none stop or three days if you spend 8 hours a day in your car before it repeats.

Hi guys, first post.

I have just bought my first Skoda and I find that music from my usb stick shows up as albums displayed  by album name a-z. Is it possible to get it to show albums listed by artist instead. At the moment, for example , my Beatles albums are all over the place, depending on title. On the usb they are in folders by artist/album/track.  They are all ID3 tagged. The eye candy of the album covers looks great! Hope you can help.

It’s a Columbus unit.

You can organise your songs/albums into folders, which will keep things together.
