Pussy!

Recommended Posts

OK. Climbed into the motor this morning and noticed fur all over the windscreen..... On closer inspection it looks like the Mog from 3 doors up ( not our Mog ) has been using my bonnet to warm its ass .....

Quick inspection looks like it had its claws retracted thank god....

Anyone had any luck dissuading cats from bonnets.... First time this has happened in all the years I've lived at current address.

Our Mog is like a black Panther. It's huge. It's also a huge chicken so no help their !

Just been thinking about some kind of bonnet cover.... Old sheet maybe ? With some Citrus spray ? UWang ... Yeah ideally my garage .... I think if I moved all the crap out of the garage the superb would fit... Thought of clearing the garage though ....

You might think about buying a battery operated cat repeller. Its an ultrasonic cat repeller with a PIR motion sensor. I bought one back in September last year, mainly to keep cats away from a front flower bed. I notice it also keeps cats off the front drive and away from the car. I paid about £15 from www.primrose.co.uk, but I am sure that there are plenty of other manufacturers and suppliers around.

This and pooping where they shouldn't is one of many reason's why our pussy is an indoor one!

The misses keeps making noises about taking her for a walk....... :|

But yes, citrus will be your best bet, they absoloutly hate it.

Haha ! Yeah I have the mother of all water pistols ... This is how I see this ... Cat cosy on bonnet... I don my cloak of invisibility ( + 3 ) and approach the cat... Cat gets 2000psi of Supersoaker and instantly deploys 20 ( or whatever ) carbon tipped tools of death which then blur into action loony tunes style stripping bonnet down to bare metal ...

So, You've spent £34/5K on a posh Skoda, you have a big enough garage but you leave it outside the house?

Q?, just how much is the "crap" actually worth??????

PS, Would any of it fit inside your car, if so,  you have yet another excuse for a drive, even if it's  to the furthest possible tip?

Dangerous ground .... Most of it is the Mrs's crap.... Don't get me wrong ! I would gladly burn it tomorrow.. All of it.... ! I would even dance around the pire with a can of Stella chanting strange chants .... But .... Their would be .... Repercussions that I would rather not have to deal with ......

Yes, totally understand your position.

I'm still dealing with the groans from No 1 step-son when we removed his toot from  the 1/2 of SWMBO's  garage that I wanted to park in.

Life can be a beach...........

£160 repair to fix the scratches on my bonnet. I hate bloody cats. Owners just let them do what they want.

Owners don't have much choice. Cats are not dogs!

True. I sympathise with non cat lovers but am a cat owner. My boys are indoor fellas. Had moggy marks on my car too. Miffed, but not much you can do as its usually in the wee hours. I'd rather have a cat on the bonnet than a dog though. Or a cow, that would be something to complain about.

Anti Mog experiment one....

A fiendish laminar composite which has taken minutes of thought and even less the to implement.

Design process comprised of 30 seconds rooting in the garage.

Underlay of well used towels topped with bubble wrap and anchored with a large Fairy bottle.

Most secret and cunning part of construction..... Bubble wrap bubbles up... This has to be a winner !

This is my point cat owners let their "boys" out in the night to go and scratch a neighbour's bonnet. Keep them in the ruddy house. Jeez.
