Mines not folding. It's busy propelling me to football manager of the year most of the time so wouldnt get much folding done.

Ok, I have a 17" TFT flat screen sitting in a box redundant, how do I link up like that? Looks sweeeeeet as. :thumbup:

you need to check if your graphics card has two outputs, if it does then its most likely that the second will be DVI, but because you're connecting to a TFT that shouldnt be a problem.

all you do is plug in the second monitor the same as your current one. restart the computer (the second one should display exactly the same info as the primary until the logon screen). once you have logged on, go to control panel >> appearance and themes >> display >> settings >> click the drop down arrow below the diagram >> select the secondary monitor >> check the extend my windows desktop to this display box.

make sure the diagram matches the setup of your desk, ie the monitors are in the same postions. its best to put them at the same resolution and colour settings aswell.

you should now be able to drag any window across onto your second monitor.

Not all TFTs are digital, either.

And no way am I photographing the piece of kitchen worktop that doubles as my desk next to all you fashion victims

My desk is nice and neat but taking it reminded me how small my room is!

I can't get at any of my pc's right now. Too much junk on the desks. Currently using laptop. In work I use laptop in dual screen mode with 19" Sony CRT. LCD no good for me for AutoCad, need CRT.
