My Dad is now officially an oap at 65, and has just got a Saab 95 Aero Hot. It wont be used to its full potential, What a waste. :D

He has had Saab's for as long as I can remeber now, so it's a natural step I suppose,

My parents are a Vauxhall family :( Dad is on his 2nd Astra (having had 3 cavaliers and 2 Talbot's before). My mum is on her 2nd Corsa (having had a 205 and 2 Mini's before)

Sadly the Vauxhall thing propogated down to me and I had 2 Nova's and 2 Corsas while I lived with them. I've since seen the light though :D

Bro had Vauxhalls too but now has an RX8.

My mum drives a K reg Pug 405 1.9 Dervie.......140,000 miles My dad bought it new but when he passed a way last year mum woudn't let him take it to heaven with him.................she recons he wouldn't need it ......... " God......He drives a Skoda"

my dad drives an audi S4 4.2, not bad taste ;)

my mum is buying a new car, trying to talk her into an octy vRS but she wants a Polo PD130 sport

Bit of a rubbish pic - Mk5 Golf 2.0 TDI. Goes quite well. Nice enough car to drive. :)

My mum doesn't drive anymore... but her last car was an 'N'reg Clio 1.4 Auto.... before that, an 'F' reg mazda 323 1.5GLXi....

My dad had a number of weird and wonderful cars, ranging from a Hillman Imp, Austin 3-litre, Vauxhall Viva, Triumph Dolomite, and yes even an Austin Allegro.... he wasn't much of a petrol head ;) Last car he had was a Cavalier SRi 130 tho.... think that was a bit of a crisis time for him lol cos his prev car was the allegro ;)

My dad drives a Lexus LS400 (straight out of a Japanese Yakuza movie but goes rather nicely). My mum has a 1.6 Civic (horrible thing) and my younger brother has a 306.

My car's nicer than all of them by far :P

My parent drive a Ford High Top Camper van & they love it, alot of places they either walk to or cycle, but when they go out in the van they have night, weeks away at their leisure, I suppose thats the joy of only having to work the weekends to suit themselves.

Mums got an Octavia 4x4 and dad has what ever takes his fancy according to company cars the last one he had was a superb elegance but he has since been made redundant so now without and nicking mums! He is now looking at an A4 Cab. as his own car though ordering soon so he can get '06 plate in march.

Mum's side of family: - J reg peugoet 205 TD, V reg Merc E220, 52 plate peugoet 206

Dad's side of family: - 53 reg Vauxhall Sigmum, 55 reg Merc C220cdi

When my Dad was alive he drove some really embarrassing cars, too many to mention, but he also had a little camper thing aswell and actually got my mom to stay out overnight in it.

My mom stopped taking lessons so doesnt drive.

My sister drives an Audi TT roadster, I nearly put us through the windscreen when I put the brakes on in that thing

Inlaws have always had new cars, currentely drive a Mitsubishi (sp) :o

Mr Pixi drives a pug 306 1.9 turbo diesel meridian estate, now waiting eagerly for a diesel version of the Octy vrs

my dad is old and is now driving an old mans car (nah-hes not that old really! ask him yourself!) but he has a skoda superb and mum wont drive-unless its a small car with little power!

My dad drives a fairly basic Freelander. He had to have operations on his hips a few years back and needed something he doesn't have to bend to get in and out of.

Before that there was a Vitara , a Sierra Estate , a Renault 21 and before that the one decent car I can remember which was a Triumph 2500TC.

Much further back in his motoring history he had plenty of Triumph TRs starting with a couple of 4As , then a 5 and some 6s

Perhaps you should suggest a Fabia VRs to your Mum, Lorna ;)

My Mum drives a 2000 Toyota Corolla 1.4 (actually goes well for a 1.4)

My Dad drives a 1994 BMW 520i touring, 1987 BMW 635csi and a 2001 BMW M-coupe, but not at the same time :P

I am awaiting this coming summer when I may be taking the M-coupe off his hands...

My father-in-law drives a really nice Shogun Pinin - and a selection of classics and the mother-in-law has a 1.8 Freelander and a Mazda MX-5 in acid yellow.

They both live in the wilds of the west country so can probably justify the Chelsea tractors.

Father - BMW 320d ES........Nice engine, shame about the badge....

Mother - Suzuki Vitara 2.0 Soft-top.....Oh Dear. Full-stop. I tried to talk her intoa Furby vRS or a Octy, but no........

They're both so anti-skoda it's unreal, although it spent less time in the garage than any car they've ever had..........

the vitara's going in the summer, so maybe this time........

Dad: Volvo V40, replacing next year. Might take him for a test drive in an Elegance, but he's got eyes on the XC90.

Mum: Fiesta with 3.5k miles/yr. She always wanted a Golf, but shes now sold on the heated front windscreen.

In-laws: Clio and a pre-war Nissan Sunny (about to be retired). Also a restored '91 Astra GTE which my gf is about to aquire. Stack the oil drums up ready...

Mum - Skoda Felicia

Dad - Micra (driving school car), 1924 dodge something (wedding car, looks like something from an Al Capone film), BSA A10, Norton Commando fastback.

Dad wants someat smaller - went to have a look at the new Octy and then proclaimed it too big!

My father is over 60 years old, and drives a 2005 645 Ci. Goes monstrously, I love it, but have not been (and will never be) allowed to drive it.

My mother drives a 2005 X5 4.4, which my dad gave her. Drove that. Love it.

My sister drives a 2005 Toyota Xa. Good car, but very slow.

The family car is a 7 year old Honda Odyssey, which is driven by anyone who has their car in for service, and is used by the company driver to drop my little sister to school. It's a van, but it's got excellent torque and pulls well when you floor it :)

My girlfriend drives a full-option but very slow Pug 206.
