Who on this forum with a Skoda or any other Manufacturers car took part in the JD Power 2016 survey?

Featured Replies

Good result again for Skoda.

But the question always must be how many owners actually take part in the survey, or any other

survey on Dealers Customer Services / after sales or Cars Reliability or Faults at delivery or in the next 3 years.

I did.

Different result,,,,,,,,,which one is correctpost-98663-0-49252400-1468532785_thumb.png

So if you have a Skoda you might prefer to believe JD or if you own a Lexus the AE report is the one for you or if you own any of the others don't believe either then everybody is happy in their own believes ,is too much knowledge a dangerous thing or is ignorance bliss?

Bump.

So how many actually participated in the JD Power survey from this forum, one of the busiest forums and surely with the greatest number of Skoda or VW Group owners / buyers in the UK?

One is reliability and other is something else ie a combination of things.

For all the good results for the Fabia 3 I do not see that many around.  It is/was quite expensive and there is no hot version so nothing for me to go to from the Fabia VRS hence the Clio RS on the list to replace the Mk2 Fabia VRS.

not many on here can be bothered to say if they took part in the survey,

do that many actually do the surveys or is there a lot of dealership employees with time on their hands?

Not this year. But I have in the past.

Used to, but simply can't be bothered anymore. Absolutely zero in it for me and can think of many other things I'd rather be doing, like havin' a nap.
