Cool or fool? (Warning - 'DUB scene' content)....

Featured Replies

Was driving through a housing estate today, and I saw this.

I'm not normally a fan of 'Dub scene' and all that....stanced etc. etc.

But I thought this looked bloody brilliant. No idea why.....but it just caught my attention for the better.

Was wondering what you guys all think?

I love it!

Cool numberplate!

Love it, smoothed with rotiform ccw's I believe, looks awesome!

Not my cup of tea but it looks well done.  Much better than the usual Halfords crapola slammed to the ground by putting 2cwt of bricks in the boot.

Turning circle of the Queen Elizabeth and the suspension travel of Stephenson's Rocket.

Presumably it's on air suspension, so that would sort out the turning circle and ride issues.

But look as hard as I can, no sign of a front numberplate.... so is this trailered to shows, and not used on public roads?

And SORN'd?

Looks nice, I'm liking the look but highly impractical for my needs or wants from a vehicle. Would have have look round it had I saw it but not personally something I'd do to my own vehicle.

I'll take the Merc thanks...

Looks well done, but nothing unique there - just another 'scene' car. I wonder how the scene will be viewed in ten years time... Will it be the like the 1990s and MaxPower is now?

Ah the laughing we did as 14-18 yr olds at the mogs around our town with their god awful bog standard civix crashing through potholes and watching their maxpower effort bodykits rattling and bending and half the time still primer coloured and held on with duct tape

I like it. Good attention to detail and looks to have been done to a decent standard.

It would be boring if we were all the same.... :)

I'm hoping the driver forgets the windscreens masked up and drives it at very high speed :)

Then comes out of it with some better taste for future projects :). :D

I really get annoyed when someone screws a piece of wood to my leg!

Anybody who drives about without a front number plate, or a number plate stuck to the dashboard is a massive bellend.

Apart from that it looks good, not sure on the wheels though.

Yip, number plate on the dashboard is a pet hate of mine - the penalty should be immediate seizure and crushing of the vehicle.

It's not the cars fault. Shot the owner. Stops reoffending.
