Change of temperature displayed on Amundsen Touchscreen?

Featured Replies

Hello,

Whenever I changed the cabin temperature on my MK2 Octavia, the touchscreen displayed the new values as a large 'graphic' for a few seconds. Similarly, changing the heated seats setting led to a 3 or 4 second display.

My MK3 Octavia (with an Amundsen unit) does not do this. Should it?

Thanks, Mike.

Mine doesn't.

Neither does mine.

Doesn't display on my columbus either. I did find it handy on the MK2 because the switch wasn't clearly notched like the MK3. Can't really say I've noticed or missed it on the MK3

OK, thanks all - it looks as if the MK3 doesn't do it. Perhaps because the temperature and the heated seats have their own (small) displays!

Obviously, I'm not very observant as I have had this car since March, and I have only just noticed the omission. In my defence, I have only just started needing heating since I got the car - I just left it alone to do its own thing through the 'summer'.

Regards, Mike.
