Skoda used a resin to better seal the lower part of the windscreen. When installing the windscreen use silicone liberally all around the perimeter of the windscreen and seal.

I was busy all summer so never had the time to reply (thats not good i understand) So anyway my apologies

I fixed the leak at carglass company, They said its nothing serius so they put a black silicone for sealing  around the windscreen

Now everything is ok
