I bought a couple of after market headrests with built in monitors for my Skoda Octavia Lauren & Klement III.  I've taken the existing headrests out and can fit the new ones in but there doesn't appear to be any holes for me to take the cables out the bottom.

 

Any advice appreciated.

Suggest you contact the supplier, they must have all the info you need

The cables from the monitors go into the car seat from the pole in the headrest but cannot find any holes at the bottom the seat in my skoda to take the cables, so I'm not sure the supplier is going to know how to get cables out the bottom of the chair but it's worth a try :-)
