BT Mobile and Skoda Connect problems

Just heard from SKODA regarding the issue with EE and Skoda connect. They’ve acknowledged there’s a problem but need to work together with EE to resolve it. As a gesture of good will they’ve given me a free service and will update me when the issue eventually gets resolved. All in all despite the issue I’ve been impressed with how SKODA and the local dealership have handled it. I’ve had weekly updates throughout and have never felt as if they were trying to not help.

Thanks for this, I’ve a thread running on this subject in the Octy III page and this is the first confirmation that it’s an EE/Skoda issue.    Hopefully it is resolved by a phone or app update that doesn’t require a dealer visit and ensuing debate about if it’s a warranty fix.  Look forward to hearing the update - my contact with Skoda UK didn’t illicit the helpful response that you have.

I'm on EE and apart from my earlier connection issues it has been working perfectly. Maybe updates are now dripping through the portal or the app?
