my window has came off the two bits at the bottom of the window inside the door for putting it up and down and im just wondering if i need to drill out all the rivits to get into that part of the door or if the outside of the door can come off?

Depends what year your car is. My 2003 Fabia has bolted door carriers but later ones had rivets. If yours has rivets, yes, you would need to drill them out to get the ancillaries carrier off.
