Start&Stop reverse function?

Featured Replies

Is it possible to somehow change the function of start&stop key? So it would either remember last state, or have a reverse function?

I know that this is possible on audis, but I haven't found the solution for skoda suberb anywhere.

But more explanation on your query please?

@Insect_repellent:) if you are talking about Start&Stop button - and you want it to be always OFF - then there was some info about using VCDS to code minimum temperature and set it very high.

does turning ot off using voltage render the button obsolete?, i would like to retain the function but have the starting setting as off. is this possible?

Yes, I was talking about the button, sorry:) No, I don't wan't it to be always off. I just want it to be off when I start the car and to have the possibility to manually turn it on.

it would seem there must be a start setting, it will be either on/off so you should be able to change it. no one has found this yet AFAIK

I think most (or the good) chiptuners can do this. Here in NL it's usually free if you do a custom chip tune.

Ask them what the settings are? At the moment we can only permanently turn it off with a voltage mod. Not ideal. I know there's an Audi vcds mod that can change it the correct way.
