Yes but the AC cooling is inhibited below 5’C to prevent freezing of moisture. Any extracted residual moisture in the HVAC system can then recombine back into the air driven into the cabin giving you damp conditions again. It won’t last long if airflow is maintained allowing it to normalise with ambient air.
