Go see a VW Specialist or Automatic / DSG specialist and do not mess about with trial and error. IMO.

Hi guys, so update on the dsg issue and abs issue. The rear left abs sensor had been split in two by rust flakes from the abs tone ring. Changed the sensor and replaced the bearing (as the ring comes as one with the bearing) all is well now with the dsg, changing as it should.

 

new problem, a/c has stopped working.

 

does Skoda use a clutchless system or a clutched system. Vcds shows no errors, looked at the compressor, the belt pulley is turning but the centre section isn’t. There’s no noise, checked fuses all good. 

 

Anybody had had any issues with their a/c? Any help would be useful.
