As above, wouldn't bother. 

 

Just don't use any ammonia or alcohol based cleaning products on it and it should be fine as is. These damage/remove the anti-glare costing on the top layer of the display.

 

The screen shouldn't ever really come into contact with anything scratchy like a phone would anyway (pocket bits/grit, keys etc).

Putting a screen protector on will reduce the sensitivity so you may end up having problems selecting stuff especially while you are driving and have to keep more attention on the road.
