Hello Briskoda,

 

So this is my first proper post from joining so id like to start by saying Hi!

 

I've just ordered a new Octavia vRS TDI (Hatch) in Meteor grey with black pack and heated seats and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me when I could expect to see it? (I've had a search and can only find posts from 2017 :S )

 

Also any little nuggets of information or Easter eggs for the car that i may not already know about would be appreciated!

Hihi, welcome along  Can’t really help with delivery, my only new car so far was an ex demo as I am impatient. If it’s a factory order they can’t match up to one that’s already been built I imagine it’ll be sometime in the summer before the car arrives. If it starts to get to August and you haven’t collected it yet, I would ask the dealer to hold it until September for the 68 plate just because you may as well have the new plate.

 

I have nothing else to say except that you forgot to ask them to paint the proper grey over the primer  I joke, I like the Meteor, but mine is the Quartz

Welcome aboard! Any info on this thread?

My Petrol vRS for 1/3/18 delivery was about 93 days from order to delivery and was in the country for about 1 month before I could take it home.

It's a company car but also getting my private plate on so not too fussed what registration it is. The sooner I get it the better! Lol

 

Haha, it's faster because it only has primer! Saves the extra weight of paint lol. The wife has dubbed it fighter jet grey. I quite like that.

She's close, its actually Battle Ship Grey the Navy had spare so sold it to Skoda 

Yeah, so I've changed my order to black magic with black pack so I can have a car from stock in 4 weeks... Lol

 

It even has a spare wheel!
