Two skod superb's developed recent problems

1.mirror auto dip in reverse

Sometimes dips sometimes doesn't? 

Changing settings makes no difference? 

2. Fold mirrors on key button stopped working after Mot? works on adjuster control

Help please

Hi there are a few threads here about these issues;

Sit in the car, shut all the doors, ignition on (or start the engine). Lower each window one at a time all the way down, then lift the windows by pulling (and holding) the switch in the up position. When the window shuts keep the button held up for a few seconds, it is this stage that resets the one-touch windows (and the folding mirrors).

Hope this is what you need to cure the problem.

the above was my issue in winter after the windows froze and tripped after attempting to lower them, regarding the auto dip the mirror switch has to be set on the passenger mirror for this to work

+1 - this is what tripped me up when my mirror stopped dipping.

My mirror will dip when reversing but will not return to the normal position? Any one else having this problem?
