Never one to resist a challenge I put on my fleabay hunter's hat and went looking for long forceps suitable for illuminotomies (bulb extractons) when performed on Octy II sidelights.

 

Searching with "long forceps straight -tweezers -tweezer" and sorting on "lowest price including postage" I came up with a couple of likely candidates:

There are a variety of shorter forceps available from as little as two squid but I'm not sure they would be long enough for such deep cavity extractions.
