I actually have bits and pieces but not the entire thing - one of the few cars I don't have all the tech info, which bothers me ... I can swap with lots of other literature 😁

EDIT: I stand corrected, I have a "Workshop Manual Superb III 2015 ➤

General body repairs, interior

Edition 05.2018"

File D4B80536B1A which is a 163 page PDF, 19.2Mb

I would love Engine/Suspension sections, if available ... 🥰

I’ll pm you

This one was purchased legitimately. I can’t speak for @Danoid s one though…

Don't worry, just teasing because of some comments above (not necessarily yours, I give it to you). 😉

Waze and Google maps were set up on the digital dash. Certainly not a must have, but a nice little gimmick.

I’d be interested to know also.

I though this was only possible on the MIB2/2.5- MHI2

But I think you have the L&K like me.. which i thought is the MHI3??

The red tab for the rear seats doesn’t pop up as the plastic trim isn’t seated properly. Read on a post that it needs reseating and then they work properly.

Tried to remove the trim to refit and failed miserably. Twice. Catch broken off on both sides. Lots of searching on Ali express and eBay and couldn’t find them anywhere. Not even the trusty Skoda-parts.com But found them on Skodapartsdirect.co.uk for £7.50 each plus postage.

I wish the hatchback had lights in the tailgate like yours … thinking of fitting something similar but need to work out how to switch them

If you have a powered tailgate there will be a constant power to the latch motor and there may well be a switched earth from the catch. If not will be vice versa. Should be achievable without running new wires out to the tailgate. I’ll have a look at the wiring diagram later.

Well a couple of weeks ago I had 4 new tyres fitted as when I bought the car all 4 were different types, I just got some unknown ones from National Express,, I’ve bought Cabin, fuel, Air & Oil filters, still got enough oil for this service, and I just received a new DSG gearshift trim (the chrome was peeling of the original) and while on eBay I “accidentally” bought a replacement boot light, that the seller showed the sticker and was the F version ( £30+ p&p) I’m blaming you lot …

Run these tyres on my Porsche wheels

They handle really good in wet and dry!

@Binx1310 ThanQ .. yep I’ve got powered tailgate, and just ordered another set of the led lights I fitted into the boot last time,

@RogueWagon ThanQ , I thought I’d risk going by the label which looks great for the price, but was then told that there’s no real regulation and each band (A to E) could be vague between one manufacturer and another

No warranty!

Doesn’t even need to be powered tailgate. If you find the central locking motor in the rear lid. Thick purple wire for positive feed circled in red. Edit: actually this might not be constant positive. It would need checking with multimeter. It may only energise when locking/unlocking.

Thin grey / blue wire (circled in brown) gives switched earth that will energise when boot open. This is how the standard trunk lights (w18 and w35 on the diagram) are switched in the hatch so should be no issue. And the draw from the positive shouldn’t be an issue I don’t think. You can splice in the wire anywhere or make y connection at the plug.

I think these are the right plugs: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EwDOgHg

You would just need to cut a rectangular hole in the plastic in a strategic position to install the lights.

Oil and filter, air, fuel and cabin filters all changed today.

Brake discs are all looking worn/pitted, so will need changing when pads are down. Probably aided by the storm in Blackpool a couple of weeks ago!!

@Binx1310 ThanQ for the info I’ll look at it when the new cables I’ve just ordered arrive …. 🤔🤔 do you have shares in Aliexpress by any chance??? 😂

@Sheriff when you changed the fuel filter did you have to do anything special??? I know on my Passats and my exeo I had to use VCDS to prime the filter but they were inline filters not “drop in “ replacements

No. Just a good source for cheap components!

I’ll edit my post above. Found some other potential wires.
