Cam belt service cost on fabia 1

Very variable with engine type, location and type of garage. Is your 'fabia 1' a mk1 (6Y in the middle of the VIN), or a mk2 (5J in the middle of VIN)? 2007 was the changeover year.

I got the Skoda dealer to do the last one £570 including oil and filter change and MOT which wasn't much different than the quote I received from a good independent garage. Mine is a vrs Mk1 2006.
