According to Skoda, it needs to be bought at time of ordering now.

That is what they told me albeit six years ago but before I handed the money over. I said there is always someone you can ring. With that the Dealer Principle picked up the phone and the "man from Delmonte says yes" and I am very glad I did buy it.
