Just priced up a set of tyres in anticipation. £557.90

Nice Phil, very nice.

Congrats on the new motor! Love the looks and the exhaust note... but hate the door handles (i know... very anal), they are so real they look like plastic! I'd fill the dimples in and spray them body colour! ;)

I'm just jealous really!

The interior door handles are much much worse! The rocker for locking the door from the inside looks like Fischer Price made it.

A most excellent choice from the Gooch :D

Not really looked inside one TBH, but the handles always seem to jump out at me for some reason. Japanese cars have never been known for their great interiors/materials for interiors, though I was suitably impressed with a friends new RX-8 interior.

top motor phil  bit of a jump from an octy estate!!

Yep, the RX8 does have a better interior.

However, I had 4 reasons for not buying one:

1. It doesnt make the same V6 wail as the RX8

2. It has 4 seats (yes thats a reason not to buy it)

3. Its not available as a rag top

4. My brother has one.

I think thats fairly typical of any RWD car in those conditions.

Have fun withe the ragtop goochie, although I seem to have spoilt the weather with mine. Have only had the roof down twice so far this year, I wish summer would come.

We had the roof down on Saturday, heated seats keep you nice and warm

I think I need to get a new hair style though - either that or adopt a slouching driving position.

Just twice Manny.i've had mine down more times than i can remember this year.

Heated seat on,heater on quite high, hat, coat an gloves and off you go!!!!

Although i have got my hardtop on at the moment as its quieter for the motorway journeys i've been doing over the last few weeks.
