You mean BlueFlame Exhausts....... its not a different exhaust it is a BlueFlame exhaust, its just rebranded as JWR.

BlueFlame are well known and respected exhaust manufacturers, they make OEM exhausts for Bentley, TVR and Lotus as well as Motorbikes, racing, street apllications.

:)

remember it doesnt include the sports cat at that price, which means no performance gains AT ALL, just noise and a look in which case you might aswell just get a different tailpipe made up from someone like Powerflow.

Just a few minor things to consider:

* Gaskets are not supplied & it's a pain as they are non-standard shape esp. at the engine side

* The brackets on the exhaust DO slide around in the rubber hanger and I'm actually going to fit a few clips to stop this as it's annoying.

* You'll have to cut the OEM exhaust, definitely need a good cutter as it's good quality thick material as standard.

Very happy with my BF exhaust however, very good quality

vw_vrs i assume you got a full exhaust inc motorsport cat though and not just the back box inc tailpipe

However if you buy the motorsport cat as well its more expensive than a Blueflame turbo back system and like what's been said no gains for just a cat back which is why I've gone for a turbo back system which will give better results when I finally go for the custom map.

^^

correct.

if your just wanting the look get just a tailpipe. it's what i'm wanting at a fraction of the cost (£40 fitted by powerflow for any look you like).

190 bhp is enough for me :D

@HellFire - yeah I got the whole kit sorry :D

Must admit to me it wouldnt make sense to spend a fortune on replacing an exhaust at no extra gain. Having had to cut through the OEM exhaust I'd have to say the quality of material used is very good on that :)

Now then Jon. Spending again. Thought it was the Eibachs first!!

you need to full turbo back kit on yours by the looks of the mods you've got in the pipeline :D:thumbup:

Already fitted :D:thumbup:

Only remaining item (engine wise) is a phase 2 remap. That is until potentially injectors come along, but I will probably not bother as it's already far too easy to hit license-endangering speeds

Just got the wheel bearing sorted though under warranty, although they won't do it again as they said the lowering voided suspension warranty :(

Still, sorted for now :)

Thats was nice of them, shouldnt go again.

Alpha tyres in Leeds quoted me £37 fitted for just a tailpipe (Powerflow), I do know the owner quite well though ;)
