Hi, I have a Skoda superb 2016, I want to install the 2018 SLA headlights, tell me the encoding for the 55 block.

Sorry, unfortunately I don't have the coding required for MY15 and MY16, nor do I have the parameter file for 55-headlight module.

@grzybek31Hi, how did you do it?  I have a Superb 2016 with Halogen headlights. Is it possible to make it like yours? Thanks.

Converting from Halogen headlights to SLA Bi-Xenon headlights, let alone normal Bi-xenon headlights, will b a massive job!!

I would not recommend it.

 

In addition to the Bi-xenon headlights, u'll need:-

- 3x levelling sensors

- 2x light controller modules per headlight

- 1x ballast per headlight

- 1x AFS module

- completely different wiring loom

- upgraded BCM module

- A5 camera

- headlight washer

- upgraded washer fluid tank 

 

.....and a whole bunch of coding and parameter files for various modules.

Facelift have Xenon? Only LED Low and Matrix or Not?

Facelift has Matrix lighting using LED.

Pre-facelift has Smart Light Assist (matrix light utilising rollers) using Bi-Xenon.

Hi everyone, I'm following this amazing retrofit guide. I have already upgraded to version B headlights and the 4H0 LCM module. Could anyone please share the AFS_MDF data/parameter file for the 4B module?

Hi guys, I would want to do this retrofit(or matrix), but im not sure my car supports it.

I have swapped to EC BCM, so this is not a problem.

I currently have A xenons, and as my car is MY16 I have 55-Headlights range module, not the 4B one.

Can SLA with B Xenons work with 55? What about the facelift matrix headlights? Is the 55->4B swap possible?

I attached photos with my current 55 module.

You need for Matrix Facelift BCM, Facelift 4B Unit and Facelift A5 unit

U can't use the 4B module SLA parameter file.

I don't have the SLA parameter file for module 55.

If u want to retrofit facelift headlights, u will not only need new headlights but u'll also need a new facelift bumper. Wiring is also different. BCM, Camera, AFS and LCM modules r all different.

Way too much hassle.

What about the B Xenons, with SLA?
A5 currently is 3Q0 with updated fw and custom dataset , should work.

MY15 and MY16 with 55-Headlight module can do SLA with version B lights - yes.

But I don't have the parameter file for 55-headlight module.
