We noticed that the rear exhaust undertray heat shield was hanging down , it turns out that the integral fixings had come away from the aluminium plate.  I ordered some of the special circular clips from Ebay for about £2-50 then I got some pieces of 1mm thick aluminium plate & cut some large square pieces to act as washers , drilled a hole centrally & screwed onto the existing projecting thread, finally fitting the new circular clips on top.  This should work ok I think ?  Photos attached
