Have you got any plastic pry tools which are normally used for trim or fascia removal?

Added info.

I can remove these with hand without problem. Just pull them off with fingers and it should go easy. These are not as hard as most plastics in car.

So have u changed the lamp in the unit or is this a full unit as would want to put an led in it.  Looks interesting

the entire unit gets swapped out, not just the lamp/led bit.

i put these ghost lights in my front doors, and the ones i took off the front door, i replaced the bulbs with LEDs, and put it in the back doors :)

So was the wiring loom already in place in the rear doors? Or have you had to modify ?

only the L&K have the required wiring loom in the rear doors.

so i had to modify to cater for the rear door warning lights.  there is a detailed discussion here.

Bumping up this old topic.

My Superb Combi 2023 doesn't have the lights in the front door, just reflectors. Is the wiring already there or not? Can it be installed?

Thanks,
