Skoda fabia 2003

Skoda Fabia 03 1.4

Over 2 weeks ago my Skodas coolant light came on while driving. Drove to the nearest garage and checked the coolant, level was perfect.

Garage couldn't find any reason for the light coming on so continued to use the car. A few days later the oil warning light comes on while driving, again pulled in to a garage checked oil levels and again perfect.

No leaks, no over heating, car seems to be running well. A day or two later the dash went completely dead while driving, again garage couldn't find what was going on. Dash is back working but warning lights still in. The air bag light comes on now too.

Just wondering has anyone else come across anything similar to this? or may know what could be causing this?

TIA

Hello Anne 👋

Could be any one of a number of things.  Random electrical stuff can sometimes be a pointer to the battery being in the twilight of its career.  Worth checking the battery terminals and earth connections too.
